These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bonos888 ("bonos888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bonos888.cam ("the Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available through bonos888, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support services.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.

• "Cashable Balance" means the portion of a Player's Account Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements and is eligible for withdrawal.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by bonos888 in compliance with applicable regulations, including submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the bonos888 platform.
• "Platform" means the bonos888 website, its associated mobile interfaces, and all services delivered through them.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which bonos888 does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined by the Platform at its sole discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

To register and maintain an Account on bonos888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, automated systems, and artificial persons may not register Accounts.

• You must hold a single Account only. bonos888 strictly prohibits the registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on bonos888. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether for the purposes of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bonos888 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bonos888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Your use of the bonos888 platform is subject to the following conditions, which you accept by accessing the Site or placing any wager:

• You agree to use the platform for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only.
• You agree not to use the platform for any commercial purpose, including the operation of a gambling business or the resale of platform services.

bonos888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

bonos888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, Visa/Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT.

All funds deposited into a bonos888 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment accounts, whether belonging to family members, friends, or any other party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary for certain payment methods and are subject to the operational hours and technical capacity of third-party payment processors.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or the equivalent in an accepted payment method).
• Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment channel and Account verification tier. Please refer to the Cashier section of your Account for current limits.
• bonos888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may levy its own charges, for which bonos888 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit transactions are logged and subject to review by our compliance and fraud prevention teams.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their Cashable Balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.

Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows, though actual processing times may vary depending on volume, compliance checks, and payment provider capacity:

• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5 to 15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval.

bonos888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to facilitate a withdrawal.

bonos888 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are published in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to periodic review.

bonos888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus amount or on the combined Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, video poker, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.
• bonos888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This shall not affect promotions that have already been credited to a player's Account and are currently being actioned in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All wagers placed on bonos888 are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before wagering. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game or bet type.

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. bonos888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of demonstrated technical error by the platform itself.

For live sports betting, bonos888 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds in the event of, but not limited to: incorrect pricing, data feed errors, force majeure events, or situations where the outcome of an event becomes known prior to the relevant market being settled.

• bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at bonos888's discretion.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, settled bets may be reviewed and adjusted in accordance with the applicable Game Rules.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, league, and bet type. EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and other featured markets carry their own specific limit structures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bonos888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are non-cashable and will be reversed.
• Using automated software, bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud using the bonos888 platform.
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live dealer table environments.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation of the bonos888 offer.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bonos888 customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the bonos888 platform, its backend systems, or other players' Accounts.

bonos888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The KYC verification process has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion, or bonos888 has identified signs consistent with problem gambling behaviour.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the Account.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing — i.e., where no breach of these Terms has occurred — the Cashable Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the bonos888 customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

All content available on the bonos888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of bonos888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bonos888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use any bonos888 trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by any automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bonos888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if bonos888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bonos888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of net deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bonos888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, or failures of third-party payment processors.

bonos888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools that players are encouraged to use proactively. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of your playing sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bonos888 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any dispute or complaint relating to bonos888 services should be submitted to our customer support team via live chat or email. bonos888 commits to acknowledging all formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days and resolving them within thirty (30) business days where operationally feasible.
